What should I do if I'm locked out? +

What's the difference between a standard lock and an A2P lock? +
An A2P (Insurance Prevention Protection) lock is certified by the CNPP and offers increased resistance to break-ins. It comes in 3 levels: A2P* (5 min resistance), A2P** (10 min) and A2P*** (15 min). Insurers may require this type of lock to cover burglaries.
Can you open a door without breaking the lock? +
Yes, in most cases. Our locksmiths are trained in fine opening techniques that allow your door to be opened without damaging the lock or frame. Replacement is only necessary if the lock is already damaged.
How do you secure a condominium? +
We offer comprehensive solutions: keypad installation, video intercoms, reinforced locks for common areas, armoured doors, and access control systems. We carry out a free security audit to establish a plan tailored to your building.
When should I replace a lock? +
It is recommended to replace your lock if you lose a key, after a burglary or attempted break-in, if the key turns with difficulty, or if the lock is over 10 years old. Preventive replacement is always less costly than an emergency call-out.
Can you motorise an existing installation? +
Yes, most existing doors and gates can be motorised. We study your current installation and propose the most suitable motorisation solution: swing or sliding gates, garage doors, roller shutters.
What are your response times? +
For emergencies (locked out, break-in), we respond within 30 minutes throughout the Pays de Gex and bordering Haute-Savoie area. For planned installations, we arrange an appointment within 48 hours.
